I started training with Ben at the beginning of January, when everyone thinks they need to do something! The big difference is that, 6 months later, I haven’t quit! That is down to Ben and his training style. He concentrated on building up the parts of me that were likely to fail first, ensuring I was strong enough to take on the training workload. I saw real improvements quickly and now, 6 months later, the change in my shape is noticeable. I’m stronger, fitter and feel so much more engaged with life.
